In 1994, the University of Arizona School of Music received the Artie Shaw Collection. The deliverance of the collection was made possible through the work of Mr. Edward Ezor, Attorney to Mr. Shaw. The collection is made up chiefly of music scores and parts from 1936 to 1950. The collection also includes photographs, correspondence, and other materials related to Shaw's life and career.
The Collection is open to the public by appointment.
